This shipset is dedicated to the manga author, Leiji Matsumoto and to Suicide Junkie, for the great work he has made for the Space Empires IV Pirates and Nomads Mod.

03/17/03 Version 1.0 : stock pictures + 6 extended neo pictures for Pirates and Nomads Mod. Basic AI files compliant with the basic SE IV gold game.
design names and .emp files for 2000,3000 and 5000 racial points.

04/11/03 Version 2.0 : Full neostandard pictures completed. Strategic AI files improved. Speech and political AI files by JLS added.

Pirates Clan
Description Space pirates are a group of rebels, gangsters and renegades who leech of the galaxy to survive.
Biological Description Pirates are made up of several oxygen breathing individuals coming from the whole galaxy : humans, cue cappas, fazrahs, noraks, piundons, praetorians,sallegas, sergettis, xiatis. They are use to colonizing frozen worlds, where they can easely hide without being disturbed. They are generally tough space warriors, experienced in ship manoeuvring and weaponary use.	Society Description Each ship captain is the undisputed leader of its crew. Some captains have good relations, some not. A sort of pirate council, where all the main captains have a seat take the decisions for the whole clans. Those who go against those decisions may have trouble with the rest of the pirate society. One of the council captain is the mouthpiece of the clan, and is in charge of relations with other empires. The captain Goldem'ba currently plays that role.	General History Description Pirates history is very short. Some years ago, many renegades who were roaming the galaxy decided to gather together to increase their power. The pirate clan was born.
